Emergency Operations Updates

During storm season, this page will be updated with the latest information regarding current storms and their impact to operations.

We urge you and your family to prioritize safety above all else.  Our guide on Preparing Financially for Hurricane Season provides helpful tips and checklists for storm prep.  Follow recommended safety guidelines, stay informed about storm developments, and take necessary precautions.  In challenging times, it is important to remember that we are all in this together and are confident that we will emerge stronger than before.

Friday, October 11 Update:

Dade City, Zephyrhills, and Wesley Chapel branches are open today until 4 p.m. to serve your needs.

As a reminder, phone support remains available during regular business hours; all account access services remain available via text, phone, and online banking platforms; ATM access is available at all Publix Presto ATMs and our open branches.

Thursday, October 10, 9 p.m. Update:

Due to Hurricane Milton’s impacts, our locations will delay opening on Friday, October 11, while we assess each office’s condition.

Before reopening our locations, several factors must be considered, including staffing, power availability, network stability, and other safety considerations. Our top priority remains the safety of our staff and members.

Once we can determine the conditions, we will provide an update on the timing of branch operations for Friday, 10/11.

Thursday, October 10, 8 a.m. Update:

While the worst of Hurricane Milton has left the area, much destruction remains in its wake. The Credit Union will remain closed today for the safety of our members and staff.

Please be careful when assessing any property damages, debris cleanup, and repairs.

The Credit Union will reopen with regular business hours on Friday, 10/11.

Tuesday, October 8, 10 a.m. Update:

Due to the projected impact of Hurricane Milton, all Credit Union locations will close at 3 p.m. Tuesday, October 8th, and will remain closed through Wednesday, October 9th. This includes all branches and operational support offices.  This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution, to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and members.

Phone support will remain available during regular business hours.  Account access will still be available at ATMs and through online banking.

The storm’s impact will dictate the timing for resuming branch operations, as our priority is keeping our staff and members safe. A possible delayed opening for Thursday, October 10th, will be determined at a later time, and we will provide updates as soon as possible.
Please stay safe and check back following the storm for any further updates.

Monday, October 7, 12 p.m. Update:

We are monitoring Hurricane Milton and its potential impact on Credit Union operations. We are currently open for business and plan to open on Tuesday, 10/08. We will post updates as storm conditions change.
